          Interval Workouts

          Interval workouts are designed to challenge you to do one movement for a brief period of time (1 or 2 minutes). This is a great way to build strength. In swimming, we are looking to build both core and limb strength. The two workouts below will help you to become a stronger swimmer. Each workout takes approximately 1 hour to complete.
